How do I generate a return?

1. If this is an after-sales service request, please fill in the warranty form.

2. If you are requesting a return, you can send your request by e-mail to info@nowcompany.com

Please note that you must include the following information:

• Your customer account,
• The product(s) to be returned,
• The reason for the return,
• The weight and size of the parcel,
• A photo of the product(s) concerned,
• A copy of the invoice.

A member of staff will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the return.
